Pinching pennies, by cutting out shampoo!

The Drama at our house continues, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, June 19-July 20 2009 at Rogers Memorial Theater. Following Becky's promptings Adam has joined the the theater. I am very excited to to be in my first play sinse High School. It has been fun to attend rehearsals with my cousin Tyler Briggs. We will be in the shows on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
In preparation for my role as Potipher I thought I would have fun trying to look a little more Egyptian. I have had to practice showing my anger on stage to look like I am very mad. Having eyebrows that everyone can see will help. I rented the DVD to get more familiar with the story, and Jackson has fallen in love with it. I think we watched it 20 times in a row. He has even memorised several of the lines from the songs. We all go around the house singing my lines and practicing my mighty roar. It makes me smile when I think how much he will enjoy seeing it performed live. Though my big fear is that I will slip up on my one big line "Joseph, I'll see you rot in jail..." And I will yell "Jackson, I'll see you rot in jail... " I hope not. Oh well, On with the show...

That sounds like a lot of fun. Don't you just love how children get so into a movie that they can actually watch it that many times in a row?!

I like the new hair!
